About Us
Masige Unity Foundation is a community-based organisation working across Kenya's coastal counties to expand access to education, health, and economic opportunity.
Together, we build — Together, we rise!
From a small idea to a growing movement
Masige Unity Foundation began as a small group of neighbours in Mombasa pooling resources to keep children in school and support families in crisis. What started as informal community support has grown into a registered foundation reaching thousands of beneficiaries across multiple counties.
Today we operate across 6 coastal counties — Mombasa, Kwale, Kilifi, Tana River, Lamu, and Taita Taveta — with programs in education, health, youth empowerment, skills training, environmental conservation, and community development.
We believe local communities are the protagonists of their own development. Our role is to walk alongside them, provide resources, and amplify their voices — not to speak for them.
